All membership fees are non-refundable.
Once a membership has been purchased, activated, or renewed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded—whether fully or partially.
2. No Refunds on Paid Advertisements
Payments made for posting ads or promoting listings (including featured, boosted, or highlighted ads) are non-refundable.
Once an ad has been submitted, approved, or displayed on the site, the payment is final.
3. Incorrect, Duplicate, or Accidental Purchases
HubMarket is not responsible for accidental purchases, duplicate payments, or incorrect package selections.
Users are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before confirming payment.
4. Service interruptions
While we aim to keep our platform available at all times, occasional downtime may occur.
Downtime, maintenance, or technical issues do not qualify for refunds.
5. Fraud, Abuse, or Policy Violations
If a user’s membership or advertisement is suspended or removed due to policy violations, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform, no refund will be issued.
