  • We collect the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent to help with spam detection
  • An anonymised hash of your email may be shared with Gravatar to display your profile picture (see Gravatar’s policy)

If your comment is approved, your profile picture (if any) is visible publicly.

1.3 Media Uploads

If you upload images:

  • Avoid uploading images containing EXIF GPS location data
  • Visitors may download and extract location data from posted images

  • Administrators may view or edit user information

6.3 Listings and Messages

Listing data may be retained for historical, security, or audit purposes.

  • Deletion of your personal data

  • Visitor comments may be checked through automated spam detection services
  • Logged-in activity may be monitored for security and fraud prevention
  • Messages may be scanned automatically for suspicious behaviour (but not sold or shared)

HubMarket is not intended for persons under 18 years old.
