  • You may not post stolen goods, counterfeit goods, or illegally obtained items.
  • You may not post items requiring permits unless you possess the required legal documentation.

5.2 Prohibited Items & Content

You may not post:

  • Illegal goods or services
  • Stolen or fraudulent items
  • Weapons, ammunition, explosives
  • Drugs, harmful chemicals, or controlled substances
  • Pornographic or adult content
  • Content promoting violence, racism, or hate speech
  • Listings that violate copyright or intellectual property
  • Misleading claims, false advertising, or scam-related content
  • Duplicate spam listings or keyword-stuffed listings
  • Anything violating South African law

5.3 Platform Rights

HubMarket.org reserves the right to:

  • Edit, modify, remove, or decline any listing, with or without notice
  • Disable or suspend user accounts posting prohibited content
  • Forward illegal or suspicious content to law enforcement where required by law

6. FEES & PAYMENTS

HubMarket.org may offer free and paid listing packages, including Featured Ads, Boosts, Bump-Ups, and Subscriptions.

6.1 Refund Policy

  • All paid services are non-refundable once activated.
  • Fees are charged for advertising space only, not for sales outcome or transaction success.

6.2 Payment Between Users

HubMarket.org does not handle or guarantee payments between buyers and sellers unless explicitly stated in a specific feature or service.

Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for arranging payments and verifying authenticity.

7. COMMUNICATION BETWEEN USERS

Users communicate directly, at their own risk.
HubMarket.org does not:

  • Guarantee the identity, honesty, or trustworthiness of any User
  • Mediate disputes between Users
  • Verify pricing, claims, or product descriptions

Users must report suspicious or fraudulent behaviour immediately.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not:

  • Post illegal, harmful, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Use automated systems, bots, or scraping tools
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Website
  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Spam other users or send unwanted messages
  • Create multiple fake accounts
  • Use the Website for scams, harvest data, or commit fraud
  • Copy, harvest, or scrape user data or listing content

Violations may result in account termination and reporting to authorities.
